Dear buyers, 

We are offering assistance with airfare and accommodation for those attending GPPM 2024. 

※ Only 1 person per company is supported. 

50% of economy class return airfare will be reimbursed after the event. 

A maximum limit will be applied depending on the region you come from. So please don't misunderstand that 100% or 50% of the round-trip fare will be reimbursed, no matter how much your ticket costs. 

In terms of accommodation, we offer 3 nights/4 days bed and breakfast at the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel. 

If you wish to share a room with a companion or stay longer than we offer, there will be an additional charge for breakfast and another night. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred. 

In order to secure the room for you, you will need to send us the check-in/check-out dates along with a copy of your passport, a copy of your flight ticket, your bank details and a receipt for the refund 3 weeks before the event. Again, the refund will be processed after the event. This usually takes one month to process. 

Finally, in order to be offered this benefit, you must attend the pre-arranged meetings according to the schedule.
